Thanks so much for visiting! To give an indication of what we do, we'll start with our standard approach which is asking questions. What is *that* problem you can't solve or department that's not performing, and what are the implications? Where are you leading and lagging in the talent market? What is your brand strength? What is a planned organizational change or effort and what benefits will it provide if it is successful? Whatever the answers, it likely generated some thoughts, including sparks around where additional planning, input or support may be needed. Let's talk about it.
A cordillera is a mountain range with two parallel paths or that are continuous. Human capital must be in parallel with the organization and strategy and there must be clear continuity in effort execution through effective change management.
We start with relationships. Before committing to a partner who is going to create impact to an organization, trust and feeling heard must be present. We take a collaborative approach to each engagement, working closely to fully understand needs and goals, and develop solutions together. We also have expertise in understanding of people, behavior and motivational theory, which is embedded in all we do and are CCMP certified. Additionally, we have established partners to provide scalability and capacity to staff engagements of various sizes, including concurrent efforts.
